Attachments to Quotes + Orders 

As your grower’s trusted advisor, you strive to give your customers as much information as you can to help them make informed decisions. If you snap a picture of some early disease pressure in your customer’s field, you can now share it along with a quote for a product to get ahead of the problem. We’ve added the ability to attach files to quotes and orders.

It’s easy:

  • Take a concern in the field and turn it into a plan of action quickly with a quote

  • Attach photos or other documents related to the concern directly to quotes and orders 

  • Alert your customers in real-time, even if you can’t meet in person

How does this work?

  1. Open up the app and navigate to the Sales Hub

  2. Select “Clients” and create a new quote or order, or respond to a quote from a grower 

  3. Under the “Comments” input box, select “Attach Files”

  4. Add any images, documents, or other files types that are relevant to the quote or order

Sharing files from the portal just got easier. Your customers can also attach files when creating a new quote request to give you more background information or context about their needs. 

What does this mean for growers?

  1. Log in to the Grower Portal app or online site 

  2. Select “Get Quotes” on the homepage

  3. Under the “Comments” input box, select “Attach Files”

  4. Add any images, documents, or other files types that are relevant to the quote
