Shipping Address

Many of your growers have fields in different locations, so they need their products to be delivered to different addresses. Now, it’s easy for growers to get products delivered exactly where they are needed. 


With this new feature, you can:

  • Customers can add a shipping address to a quote

  • Internal users can add a shipping address when ordering for a grower

  • Have product delivered to the most convenient location

How does this work?

  1. Open up the app and navigate to the Sales Hub

  2. Select “Clients” and create a new order for a customer and add products

  3. Under “Additional Information”, check the “Shipping Address” box

  4. Enter in the desired shipping address and select “Place Order”

What does this mean for growers?

  1. Log in to the Grower Portal app or online site 

  2. Create a new order or quote request

  3. View any files shared, sorted by folders

  4. Click into a file to download it
